We were honoured that Nobel prize winner Prof. Takaaki Kajita could deliver a special colloquium to celebrate the 120th anniversary of our university. The seminar was broadcast online and watched live by over 3,500 people.

Andrew Fowlie led a Key Issues Review with researchers from around the world in the prestigious journal Reports on Progress in Physics. They made several simple recommendations for reaching reliable conclusions about the viability of physical theories.

Andrew Fowlie and colleagues from Cambridge Univesity and the University of Heidelberg published a paper in the prestigious journal Physical Review Letters. They present a new algorithm for computing $p$-values that out-performs previous methods by orders of magnitude.
